From Waste Streams to Value Chains.

At My Plastic Limited, our story begins where most people stop looking in discarded plastic.

In Kenya, thousands of tonnes of polypropylene waste move through informal systems, landfills, drainage channels, and open environments. To many, it is pollution. To us, it is untapped value.

We saw an opportunity not just to recycle plastic, but to redesign its entire lifecycle.

So, we built a manufacturing model that closes the loop.

We collect, sort, wash, reprocess, and remanufacture post-consumer and post-industrial polypropylene into high-quality finished products through precision injection moulding. What was once waste becomes a durable household product, a commercial component, or a reusable industrial item ready to serve again.

This is circularity in action.
And it is happening locally.

Rewriting the Standard for Recycled Plastics

Recycled plastics have long carried a stigma, inconsistent color, weak structure, unpleasant odor, unreliable performance.

We refused to accept that.

Through disciplined material selection, controlled reprocessing, and strict quality management, we produce recycled polypropylene that rivals virgin resin in strength, finish, and usability. Our materials are clean, stable, and engineered for real-world performance.

Because sustainability should never mean compromise.

More Than Manufacturing

Our work extends beyond machinery and moulds.

Every kilogram of plastic we recover represents:

  • Reduced pressure on landfills

  • Lower greenhouse gas emissions compared to virgin resin production

  • Less dependence on imported raw materials

  • Income opportunities for waste collectors and sorting communities

  • A step toward formalizing and strengthening Kenya’s recycling ecosystem

We are building infrastructure, not just products.

We are proving that environmental responsibility and industrial competitiveness can coexist.

A Vision Rooted in Local Impact

Our vision is clear:

To lead the transition toward a circular plastics economy in East Africa, where waste is recognized as a resource, manufacturing is localized, and sustainability is embedded in production systems.

We envision a future where:

  • Recycled polymers are trusted at industrial scale

  • Local manufacturers rely on locally recovered materials

  • Plastic waste is systematically captured and reintegrated into the economy

  • Circular manufacturing reduces Scope 3 emissions across supply chains

This is not theory. It is operational.

Partnership for Scalable Change

We work with businesses, institutions, and development partners who understand that sustainability must be measurable, practical, and commercially viable.

Whether you are seeking sustainable product alternatives, reliable recycled resin inputs, or a manufacturing partner aligned with ESG and circular economy principles, we bring both technical capacity and environmental accountability.

The Invitation

Plastic is not the problem.
Linear systems are.

At My Plastic Limited, we are redesigning the system, transforming discarded material into economic value, industrial performance, and measurable environmental impact.

One product.
One supply chain.
One community at a time.

Let’s move from pollution to productivity.
Let’s build circular manufacturing that lasts.
