Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all transactions, orders, and use of products and services offered by My Plastic Limited. By purchasing from or engaging with our company, the customer (“you”) agrees to be bound by these terms in full.

2. Products & Orders

All products are manufactured using high-quality recycled polypropylene (PP) in line with our environmental and quality standards.
Orders are accepted via email, phone, or through authorized sales representatives.
Confirmation of order details, pricing, and delivery terms will be communicated prior to processing.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are exclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payments must be made in full prior to dispatch unless credit terms have been formally approved.
Payment methods include bank transfer, M-Pesa, or cheque (subject to clearance).

4. Delivery & Risk Transfer

Standard delivery timelines are communicated upon order confirmation. Delays due to force majeure or external transport disruptions are not the responsibility of My Plastic Limited.
Risk and responsibility for goods transfer to the customer upon dispatch or collection, whichever comes first.

5. Return & Replacement Policy

My Plastic Limited accepts returns or replacements for defective or damaged goods reported within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused and in their original packaging for the return to be processed.
Custom orders or special batches are non-refundable unless a production error on our part is confirmed.

6. Warranty & Liability

Products are warranted to conform to agreed specifications at the time of delivery.
Our liability is limited to replacement of defective products or a refund where applicable.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from product use or failure.

7. Quality Assurance

Our products undergo strict internal quality checks.
Customers are encouraged to inspect goods upon delivery and notify us of any issues immediately.

8. Data Privacy & Communication

Customer information is handled in accordance with Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019.
We will never share or sell your personal or business data to third parties without consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All product designs, logos, marketing content, and materials associated with My Plastic Limited remain the intellectual property of the company and may not be used without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
Disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through mutual negotiation, or through Kenyan courts if necessary.

11. Amendments

My Plastic Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website or shared via email.
